01 Accepting these terms

By opening the site, starting a match, watching a stream or buying coins, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please close the site; nothing about using it is compulsory.

02 Who can use MeetCamChat

• You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough under the law where you live to accept these terms.
• You may use only one account and must not pretend to be someone else.
• You must not use the site if we have closed an earlier account of yours for breaking these terms.

03 What the service is

MeetCamChat connects people one to one by camera, voice or text, lets you browse who is online, follow people, send messages and start direct calls from profiles, scroll short clips and watch live streams from girls on the site. Some features use coins.

We work to keep everything running, but we cannot promise that a match will always be found at once, that a stream will stay on, or that the site will never be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

04 How to behave

Every conversation has a real person on the other end. While using MeetCamChat you agree not to:

• harass, threaten, insult or pressure anyone, or keep contacting someone who has made it clear they are not interested;
• show or share content involving minors in any way, or content that is violent, hateful or illegal where you or the other person live;
• film, screenshot or share another person’s picture, voice or messages without their permission;
• advertise, spam, send links to other services, or ask people for money, gifts outside the site or payment details;
• use bots, scripts or anything that interferes with how the site works, or try to reach parts of it you are not meant to reach;
• ask anyone for their home address or other details that would let you find them offline without their clear consent.

05 Your content

What you post, such as a profile photo or a message, stays yours. You let MeetCamChat store, display and transmit it as far as running the site requires, and you promise that it is yours to share in the first place.

We may remove content or limit an account when content breaks these terms or when a report needs looking into.

06 Coins, gifts and VIP

• New visitors receive free matches, and the Reward Center can add more for time spent online. How many, and how often, is set by us and can change.
• Coins are bought inside the site and spent on things such as further matches and gifts. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be moved to another account.
• Gifts are voluntary. Sending one does not oblige the other person to do anything.
• VIP is an optional subscription. Its price and benefits are shown before you pay.
• Questions about a charge should go to [email protected] with the purchase time and reference, so we can trace it.

07 Live streams

Users watch live streams on MeetCamChat; they do not broadcast them. Comments you write in a stream are visible to everyone in that room and must follow the same rules as any other message. The girl streaming decides how she responds to comments and requests, and asking her for a one-to-one chat from a stream does not oblige her to accept.

08 Accounts and devices

Your guest account is tied to the browser and device you use. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, you may lose access to the follows, messages and coins linked to that guest account, so keep using the same browser if you want to keep them. Write to us if you need help with an account.

09 Changes to the service

We add, change and remove features from time to time, including how free matches and the Reward Center work. Where a change affects coins you already hold, we aim to explain it on the site before it takes effect.

10 Reports, blocks and enforcement

You can block anyone and report anyone. We review reports and may warn, restrict or close accounts, remove content, or keep coins bought or spent in breach of these terms. Where the law requires it, or someone is in danger, we may involve the police.

If you think we got a decision wrong, write to us and explain why. We will take another look.

11 Responsibility

People on MeetCamChat speak for themselves, not for us, and we are not responsible for what another user says or does. To the extent the law allows, MeetCamChat is provided as it is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the issue arose.

12 Ending, changes and contact

You are free to leave MeetCamChat at any point, and you can ask for your account to be deleted. Breaking these terms can lead us to pause or close your access.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Contact: [email protected].
