The Reward Center, explained
The Reward Center is the strip at the top of the match screen. It keeps track of how long you have been online and, once you have been around long enough, lets you claim more free matches.

What can you spend coins on?
Further matches once your free ones are used, and gifts. Gifts are small virtual presents you send during a chat or in a live stream. Coins are bought inside MeetCamChat, sit in your balance, and are spent only when you decide to spend them.
